1. Payments

We accept card payments and electronic transfers.

A 5.61% surcharge will be added to the total amount for card payments only.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via third-party couriers - Fastway Couriers

While we aim to deliver promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to external factors.

Customers must ensure their delivery address and contact details are correct.

Customers are required to inspect goods before the courier leaves. Any issues must be reported immediately (see Section 4: Reporting an Issue).
3. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 5 working days of delivery.

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

For incorrect orders placed, a 10% handling fee will apply.

Refunds will be processed once goods are received and inspected.

The 5.61% card surcharge is non-refundable.
4. Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order:

Inspect goods before the courier leaves.

Notify us immediately via WhatsApp at (+27) 063 579 0832.

Include your order number and a photo of the goods.
5. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, traffic, weather, or other external factors.

We are not liable for damages arising from incorrect installation or misuse of parts.

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased goods.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Auto Parts-Online and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town/South Africa.
Returns Policy
At Auto Parts-Online, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
